Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

BPM India is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its HR team. You will partner with hiring managers and the broader HR function to attract top talent across multiple practice areas and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to build high‑quality talent pools.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for experienced‑level positions.
• Collaborate closely with HR on compliance, employee relations, benefits, and learning initiatives.
• Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to improve process effectiveness.
• Ensure a diverse candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive talent sourcing experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, benefit programs, and learning & development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and sustain diverse candidate pools using various sourcing tools and networks.
