About the role

Tilesview is expanding its technology team and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source and engage top IT professionals. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage high‑quality IT talent across multiple channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Maintain a candidate‑centric process that reflects Tilesview’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Enjoys interacting with people and building professional relationships.
• Has 1–2 years of experience in IT hiring or general recruitment.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Seeks a long‑term career in HR and recruitment.
