Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Bengaluru

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our fast‑growing D2C fashion company in Bengaluru. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent that supports our rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate fit against role criteria.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to smooth onboarding.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, continuously improving processes.
• Develop and nurture a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and suggest improvements.
• Understanding of the fast‑paced fashion or retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
