Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Hevo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to design, build, and scale the hiring engine that brings top engineering and GTM talent to the company. This role focuses on creating a seamless, fast, and high‑quality candidate experience rather than simply running existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment pipeline for each role, ensuring top priorities are clear and positions close quickly.
• Coach and train the recruiting team to consistently sell Hevo’s value proposition to candidates.
• Develop and manage Hevo’s employer brand across Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and candidate‑facing collateral.
• Implement a candidate experience framework that guarantees timely updates and clear next steps at every stage.
• Provide the business with concise, written visibility on pipeline health, conversion rates, time‑to‑close, and at‑risk roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruiting teams and delivering results in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize, unblock hiring loops, and keep candidates engaged.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to elevate the whole team’s performance.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on transparent, written reporting.
• Passion for building employer brand and delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
