Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Popbrain, an AI‑enabled AdTech platform, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑technical positions and support day‑to‑day HR operations. The role focuses on hiring sales, business development, customer success, marketing and operations talent while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for sales, business development, customer success, marketing, operations and other non‑technical roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels; screen resumes, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, negotiate salaries, extend offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep candidate databases up to date.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, resignation formalities, exit interviews and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, support HR policies, employee engagement activities and culture‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven track record hiring sales and other non‑technical roles.
• Basic understanding of technical hiring is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Well‑organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
