Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring for niche, leadership and business‑critical positions. You will partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycles for senior and critical roles across multiple functions.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies such as headhunting, talent mapping and market research.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline health and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search or recruitment, focusing on niche and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to source, engage and build pipelines for senior talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with business leaders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing hiring metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

What we offer

• Salary range Rs 700,000 – Rs 1,200,000 per year (INR 7‑12 LPA).
• Full‑time permanent position.
