Talent Acquisition Executive – NBFC/Banking

About the role

Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen its HR team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for loan‑against‑property and other retail lending functions within the NBFC and banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for LAP, retail assets, sales, credit, operations, collections and related NBFC positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate offers, oversee pre‑joining engagement and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, engagement initiatives and exit formalities.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience with exposure to HR operations.
• Prior experience in an NBFC or banking organization is mandatory.
• Hands‑on hiring experience for Loan Against Property (LAP) or retail assets roles.
• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates in a fast‑paced environment.
