Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead high‑volume recruitment for non‑IT positions at a fast‑growing Internet Service Provider in Hyderabad. You will partner with hiring managers, staffing agencies and external partners to attract and select top talent that supports the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for non‑IT roles, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection at scale.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design mass‑recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines through social media, job portals, networking events, job fairs and direct outreach.
• Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications as part of the selection process.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to promote employer brand.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate (MBA‑HR preferred) with 2‑4 years of experience in high‑volume, non‑IT recruitment.
• Proven track record as an in‑house recruiter or staffing‑agency recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Naukri.com for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for talent acquisition.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing recruitment data.
