Talent Acquisition Executive (India)

About the role

Wati is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Strategy in Singapore, you will work with a globally distributed team to deliver a high‑quality hiring experience using AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Build strong talent pipelines via LinkedIn and relevant professional communities.
• Drive efficient hiring processes using Workable ATS and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes.
• Track hiring progress, generate insights, and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay informed on global market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, preferably in tech or high‑growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of India’s hiring practices and employment regulations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workable a plus).
• Experience building or managing AI‑assisted workflows with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Glean, or Notion AI.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
• Willingness to work across different time zones.
