Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote, India)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its global tech teams. The position is fully remote and requires candidates to be based in India. You will act as a key liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates' online profiles and determine suitability for open positions.
• Conduct outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email.
• Perform comprehensive interviews assessing qualifications, experience, and logical reasoning.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Based in India with advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
