Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst at PepsiCo, you will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will drive strategic sourcing, employer branding, and data‑driven decision making to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop customized recruitment plans, and provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition creation to offer acceptance—ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with PepsiCo’s hiring standards.
• Conduct structured interviews and behavioural assessments, facilitate hiring manager debriefs, and deliver data‑driven hiring recommendations.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and act as a trusted talent advisor on inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and HR partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to interpret recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high‑touch candidate experience.
