Talent Account Executive – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Account Executive on a nine‑month fixed‑term contract to drive new business for its Search and Staffing solutions. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with occasional office days, and support US‑based staffing customers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
• Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline status with management.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights.
• Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and share market insights with product and marketing teams.
• Travel approximately 40% of the time for client meetings and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in solution selling.
• Proven ability to multithread and engage multiple business stakeholders.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions and handling CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated skill in managing CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
• Strong negotiation abilities and knowledge of software contract terms.
