System Administrator (Linux/macOS/Windows)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with strong expertise across Linux, macOS and Windows environments. The role will ensure the security, stability and performance of our IT infrastructure and provide Tier 2/3 support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), macOS and Windows servers, both physical and virtual.
• Oversee network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPN, VLAN and Wi‑Fi access points.
• Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS and other network security protocols.
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and servers.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and policies via Active Directory and LDAP.
• Monitor system performance, logs and uptime, and conduct capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
• Document system configurations, standard operating procedures and changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on experience with Linux server and desktop environments.

Required skills

• Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) administration.
• macOS and Windows OS administration.
• Active Directory and LDAP management.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Firewall configuration and management, IDS/IPS.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (preferred).
