System Administrator (IT)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our fast‑growing tech‑enabled wedding planning platform. You will be responsible for maintaining a stable, secure IT environment for over 150 users, supporting both Windows and Linux workstations, and ensuring seamless network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/8, macOS, and Ubuntu systems remotely.
• Manage backups, data recovery procedures, and archive critical information.
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and G Suite accounts, including user provisioning and security settings.
• Configure networking equipment (switches, routers, access points), handle IP addressing, VLANs, WAN/LAN, and VPN setups.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers (Wi‑Fi/LAN), and basic NVR/DVR camera systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and enforce IT policies.
• Document processes, manage vendor relationships, and handle related invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or Systems Engineer.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Network fundamentals – LAN, WAN, IP addressing, switches, routers, access points.
• Backup management and data recovery.

• McAfee endpoint security.
• Basic knowledge of NVR/DVR IP cameras.
• Vendor management and invoice processing.
