System Administrator – IT Infrastructure

About the role

Eurofragance is looking for a System Administrator to join its global IT team. You will support users, manage core infrastructure, and contribute to worldwide projects that keep the company’s fragrance business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for productivity tools, business applications, and IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows and Fortinet environments.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and metrics to track system performance and health.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Participate in the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global IT solutions.
• Collaborate on cutting‑edge technology projects at a global scale.
• Coordinate relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, iOS, Android, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with ticket‑based enterprise workflow systems, especially JIRA.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
