System Administrator – 3+ Years Experience (Noida)

About the role

3Pillar is seeking a System Administrator / Infrastructure Support Engineer to join its Noida team. You will support Windows and Linux environments, handle L1/L2 tickets, and ensure smooth daily IT operations for a fast‑growing AI transformation company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, devices, and IT assets across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, printers, networks, and collaboration tools.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining documentation and security standards.
• Support Office productivity tools, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Linux servers.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching).
• Experience with Active Directory and Office productivity suites.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
