Survey Programming & Data Scrubbing Consultant

About the role

Cint is looking for a highly skilled Survey Programming & Data Scrubbing Consultant to join its Global Programming & Hosting team. You will translate complex research requirements into error‑free online surveys and ensure clean, high‑quality data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Program and script multi‑country surveys using platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics or Alchemer.
• Conduct thorough QA testing, logic verification, quota checks and device compatibility assessments.
• Validate and clean backend data (SPSS, Excel, CSV) to remove duplicates or fraudulent responses.
• Troubleshoot scripting bugs, link‑tracking issues and respondent flow problems during live fieldwork.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client researchers to clarify requirements and provide status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on survey programming experience in market research or panel environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to advise on survey design, routing and user experience.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of delivering error‑free survey logic and data files.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with survey programming platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer).
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Programming knowledge: Python, XML.
• Data handling tools: SPSS, Excel, CSV.
