Supply Planner

About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Supply Planner to manage the end‑to‑end inventory cycle, keep stock levels optimal, and support rapid delivery of FMCG and grocery items.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain high in‑stock rates while optimizing inventory placement to reduce last‑mile costs.
• Own and continuously improve the forecasting engine for designated categories, considering campaign cadence and market factors.
• Manage inventory end‑to‑end, set appropriate parameters, and execute exit strategies before SKUs become slow‑moving.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team on inbound planning and capacity management across fulfillment centres.
• Drive automation initiatives for inventory planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to give constructive feedback.
