Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Manager

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Manager to lead regional sourcing strategy, coordinate key projects and support sales and product management requests. The role focuses on delivering strong customer care while optimizing cost to serve across the India market.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional sourcing strategy to capture market value and improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to implement new processes, technologies and policies.
• Coordinate, communicate and align initiatives across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, IT and other supply‑chain functions.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of projects with cross‑functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and raw‑material sourcing to assess and execute change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and supply‑chain transformation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain planning, sourcing and project execution.
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on cost optimisation and market value capture.
