Supply Chain Operations Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to join its Service Supply Chain business. In this fast‑paced B2B tech repair environment, you will act as an order‑level case manager, overseeing the entire lifecycle from parts identification to courier booking, field engineer dispatch, and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end order management, ensuring every SLA is met.
• Identify correct parts, coordinate couriers, and dispatch field engineers.
• Proactively escalate issues to prevent service incidents.
• Maintain accurate case routing, documentation, and vendor communication.
• Drive SLA protection, reduce “no‑part” or “no‑engineer” scenarios, and improve vendor responsiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, BPO service delivery, or high‑urgency operations.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and assertiveness when dealing with vendors and couriers.
• Background in IT hardware repair workflows or managed service operations is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle continuous pressure and multitasking.
