Supply Chain Initiatives Advisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Initiatives Advisor will assess, plan, coordinate, manage and optimise change initiatives that impact ExxonMobil’s supply chain, from raw‑material sourcing through to last‑mile delivery. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and sourcing teams to drive product and customer changes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and execute change initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and raw‑material sourcing to optimise product offers, packaging and customer solutions.
• Establish and manage project timelines for Product Offer Management, tracking progress and expectations.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance supply chain capabilities, improve service levels and achieve cost reductions.
• Support planning, execution and monitoring of supply chain initiatives focused on process improvement.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of all assigned projects with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing supply‑chain or product‑offer projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to evaluate sourcing and delivery impacts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple functions and drive consensus.
• Experience in coordinating timelines, expectations and cross‑functional communication.
