Supply Category Manager

About the role

The Supply Category Manager will drive supply growth for MakeMyTrip’s Hotels business by leading data‑backed, strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Supply Category, this role works at the intersection of analytics, partner experience, and business performance to unlock scalable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at improving key supply metrics and enhancing partner experience.
• Generate actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and business execution.
• Design, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports that track KRAs and KPIs for the supply category.
• Prepare impactful presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with Category and Revenue teams to drive growth in room nights and GMV.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to enable efficient scaling of the category.
• Provide timely, data‑driven support to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Required profile

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• 6‑10 years of experience, preferably in strategy, growth or category management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
