Study Abroad Advisor – Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Study Abroad Advisor to join our Chandigarh office and support students in making informed decisions about international education. The role involves both inbound and outbound communication, helping prospects navigate study options across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, chat, and email to understand their education goals.
• Provide detailed information on overseas programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads generated through social media and data sources.
• Achieve enrollment targets and earn uncapped incentives for successful student placements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Nepali, Uzbek, etc.) are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Motivation to learn about international education and student counseling.
• Either fresh graduates, career switchers, or professionals with prior BPO/tele‑sales experience.

• Monthly compensation ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 50,000 depending on experience.
