Student Enquiry Officer – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Join QS in Bengaluru as a Student Enquiry Officer on a six‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment at top overseas universities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, messaging platforms and email to nurture interest.
• Provide accurate advice on application processes, admission requirements, timelines and next steps.
• Maintain detailed student records and interaction logs in the HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up consistently to meet defined productivity and quality targets.
• Represent partner universities professionally throughout the conversion journey.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to work with students.
• Motivated by target‑driven environments and clear progression pathways.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
