About the role

Join Airbus India as a Strategy & Transversal Integration Apprentice and contribute to the digital transformation of our engineering processes. This 12‑month program is designed for fresh graduates eager to apply their technical knowledge to real‑world business challenges in a globally recognised aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and map organisational processes within the Strategy & Transversal Integration department.
• Support the deployment of improvements to streamline business operations.
• Capture business needs and develop basic digital solutions such as automation scripts, data‑analytics dashboards, or proof‑of‑concept prototypes.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, uncertainty quantification) and assess their potential value for operational use.
• Collaborate with mentors to define professional objectives and track skill development.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.) in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• No prior full‑time professional experience; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming concepts and basic programming knowledge.
