Strategic Consultant – Healthcare Growth & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Consultant to lead healthcare‑focused growth, transformation and account‑strategy initiatives. The consultant will work with clients to uncover opportunities, shape M&A decisions and drive revenue‑generating projects across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep strategic analysis of client processes, market positioning and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end business transformation projects, mapping current workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies and designing optimized solutions.
• Develop and execute growth‑oriented plans that support market expansion, service innovation and revenue increase.
• Create and refine account strategies that strengthen client relationships and drive long‑term success.
• Perform M&A research, due‑diligence and risk assessment to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Maintain continuous market intelligence on healthcare regulations, emerging technologies and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, compelling formats.

• Proven experience in strategic consulting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
