Stores Supervisor – Materials Management

About the role
The Stores Supervisor will lead the planning, monitoring and control of all store functions, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packing materials and project items for uninterrupted plant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CBFS (Carbon Black Feedstock) handling, including daily stock reporting, tanker coordination, and contract oversight for port storage, agents and transporters.
- Oversee receipt of all incoming goods (raw material, packing material, project items, spares), coordinate with quality control for inspections, and ensure accurate GRN processing.
- Facilitate timely issue of materials to plant users, maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting continuous inventory reduction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, conduct monthly GR/IR reviews, and create item and service codes.
- Coordinate inward logistics, manage port and plant storage, and handle claim processes for transit damages.
