Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. The role combines customer service excellence, product oversight, visual merchandising, staff leadership and budget stewardship to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging at the point of sale, handling complaints and returns efficiently.
• Manage product flow, meet sales targets, place orders, receive merchandise and optimise stock levels.
• Maintain the store’s visual image, ensure merchandise presentation standards and keep the environment clean and well‑maintained.
• Recruit, train, develop and organise the store team, overseeing integration and performance.
• Control budgets, protect assets, conduct inventory, minimise waste and adhere to cash‑handling and administrative procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or store management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate product ordering, stock optimisation and store presentation.
• Leadership ability to select, train and motivate a diverse team.
• Attention to financial controls, inventory accuracy and compliance with cash‑handling rules.
