About the role

We are seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Store Co‑worker I to join our Pacific retail team. In this fast‑paced environment you will help customers discover IKEA’s home‑furnishing solutions, guide them through the planning process, and ensure a seamless shopping experience both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare product presentations, merchandising basics, and digital tools for customers.
• Engage with shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct one‑to‑one planning appointments, communicate benefits, and convert offers into orders.
• Process purchases, returns, and after‑sales support while coordinating with matrix stores.
• Promote top‑selling and priority products to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain product presentation, merchandising standards, and digital interfaces.
• Uphold IKEA’s values and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of selling techniques and customer behavior.
