About the role
We are looking for a Senior Developer specialized in STIBO STEP PIM to join Bosch Global Software Technologies. You will work on enhancing product information management solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring high‑performance data handling.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Bosch internal application owners worldwide.
- Develop business rules, data models and application enhancements for STIBO STEP PIM.
- Import partially structured data and perform data cleansing.
- Identify root causes of application and interface errors and resolve them.
- Conduct performance and availability analyses to keep the platform stable.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 4‑8+ years of experience with STIBO STEP PIM.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for product data management.
