About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Steward to join our restaurant team. In this role you will welcome guests, take orders and ensure a clean, pleasant dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide courteous service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Set up tables, clear them after service and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist guests with menu questions and basic food‑related inquiries.
- Uphold hygiene, grooming and service standards in line with hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Follow food safety regulations and hotel procedures.
- Support opening, closing and daily restaurant tasks.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
