Staff Nurse

About the role

Be Well Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its fast‑growing multispecialty network. You will work across multiple clinical areas—including OT, ICU, ER, and general wards—gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to in‑patients and out‑patients following hospital protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Assist physicians during rounds and medical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and strict infection‑control practices.
• Educate patients and address their needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with duty doctors and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adequate stock of consumables.

Required profile

• Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (TNNC) registration.
• Good communication and patient‑handling skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
