Pharmacist – Dispensing, Counseling & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The position focuses on delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication use, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in line with doctors’ orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling on medication usage, possible side effects, and adherence strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate re‑ordering to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Track patient outcomes, adjust therapy when needed, and document responses in coordination with the care team.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or a related field (e.g., BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC).
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and documentation.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements.
