Staff Nurse – IV Infusion Clinic

About the role

ALIV Regenerative Wellness is seeking experienced Staff Nurses to join its IV Infusion Clinic in Khar, Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering precise, pain‑free IV infusions and regenerative therapies while ensuring a premium patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and insert IV lines with flawless technique, aiming for one‑prick, pain‑free insertions.
• Administer advanced IV protocols, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies according to ALIV standards.
• Monitor vital signs throughout treatments and intervene promptly if abnormalities arise.
• Manage patients with critical parameters, providing ICU‑level post‑procedure monitoring and emergency readiness.
• Maintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in EMR systems.
• Follow strict infection‑control, patient‑safety, and NABH‑compliant nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical specialists, and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• GNM qualification with valid registration.
• 5–10 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in ICU or critical‑care settings.
• Experience caring for pediatric or geriatric patients is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver a premium patient experience.

Required skills

• IV cannulation and infusion therapy setup.
• Operation of patient monitoring systems.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.
• Knowledge of oxygen therapy and emergency protocols.
