About the role

The Curetrip Medical tourism organization is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse and Care Taker to join its team in the Pune region. This on‑site position involves providing comprehensive patient care, both physical and emotional, while supporting the organization’s mission of compassionate, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ health conditions, documenting any changes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medication usage, and healthy practices.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and infection‑control protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Licensed nurse or equivalent caregiving qualification.
• Strong observation and monitoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members.
• Organized, able to multitask and manage day‑to‑day caregiving activities.
• Empathetic, caring attitude with a focus on patient well‑being.
• Proficiency in the local language and cultural awareness is advantageous.
