Staff CPC – Inventory & SAP Specialist

About the role

The Staff CPC will manage SAP‑related transactions and common inventory for imported fuel (coal and petcoke) across UltraTech Cement units. The role ensures smooth allocation, transfer, and stock monitoring of fuel to support uninterrupted kiln and power plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders for fuel shipments based on vessel arrivals.
• Coordinate with customs, finance, and port teams for MIRO, invoice booking, and GRN processing.
• Monitor and report daily fuel stock levels and consumption using BI Cognos data.
• Maintain the common inventory report and facilitate material transfers to manufacturing units.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and manage material codes for all fuel SKUs.
• Collaborate with 23 integrated plants and 10 Indian ports to ensure timely fuel evacuation and accurate invoicing.

Required profile

• Experience handling SAP transactions for inventory and procurement.
• Familiarity with fuel inventory management and vendor onboarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external port operations.
• Strong analytical skills for daily stock and consumption reporting.
