Staff CloudOps Engineer (AWS & Azure)

About the role

EY is seeking a Staff CloudOps Engineer to support its global TechOps and CloudOps teams. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining DevOps practices across AWS and Azure environments, including CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting, and container orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in resolving infrastructure and DevOps incidents and service requests.
• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and automation workflows.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and, where applicable, CloudFormation or ARM templates.
• Monitor platform health with AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor.
• Collaborate with CloudOps and DevOps teams to troubleshoot deployment or configuration issues.
• Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and automation scripts.
• Execute tasks with increasing autonomy while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in CloudOps, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure support.
• Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure core services.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms.
• Relevant cloud certification (AWS or Azure) preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift‑based support environment.
