Specialized Nurse – Multiple Departments (Delhi NCR)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Specialized Nurses to join leading hospitals across Delhi NCR. The role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a variety of specialty units such as ICU, OT, NICU, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments and operate specialized medical equipment.
• Assist physicians during procedures, emergencies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with hospital policies and infection-prevention protocols.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred for select roles).
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
• Relevant experience in the specific specialty department.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Ventilator and ICU equipment handling.
• Operation Theatre aseptic techniques and surgical assistance.
• Knowledge of NABH standards.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS, PALS or NRP certification as applicable.
