Speciality Ceilings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speciality Ceilings Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of specialty ceiling projects across various construction sites. The role involves overseeing installations, managing installer teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation of suspended, exposed grid, and acoustical ceilings.
• Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to define project specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align timelines and budgets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on all project sites.
• Support the sales team by offering technical expertise for client proposals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging ceiling technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience focused on speciality ceilings.
• Proven project management abilities with a track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
