Specialist TPM – Total Productive Maintenance Lead

About the role

The Specialist TPM will lead the implementation and institutionalisation of Total Productive Maintenance across Dr. Reddy’s pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role focuses on driving the Jishu Hozen journey, Lean practices and asset performance improvement to achieve reliable equipment, zero breakdowns and sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end TPM deployment across manufacturing, utilities and support functions.
• Develop the TPM roadmap, yearly master plan and governance structure for all TPM pillars.
• Lead Jishu Hozen steps 1‑7 on critical equipment, fostering operator ownership through autonomous maintenance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, focused improvement, quality maintenance, equipment & tooling, and SHE activities.
• Establish TPM routines, audits, reviews and maturity assessments.
• Ensure TPM practices comply with cGMP, regulatory, safety and quality requirements.
• Align TPM initiatives with business priorities and drive continuous improvement.
