Specialist, ServiceNow Support Engineering/Operations Support

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a ServiceNow Support Engineer. You will provide tier‑2 and tier‑3 operational support for ServiceNow applications that power critical IT services across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑2 and tier‑3 support for ServiceNow production issues, including problem investigation and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors to execute production updates and release migrations.
• Create and update Service Catalog items and support environment management tasks such as cloning, data migration, and configuration.
• Test ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive SDLC and technical documentation for all ServiceNow customizations.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow, preferably with CMDB, ITSM, Portal, Virtual Agent or custom scoped applications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD and CIS certifications highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
