About the role

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist who will serve as the first‑level support for driver and delivery programs. This role directly impacts customer experience by identifying and resolving delivery issues, requiring quick learning and the ability to manage overlapping tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Spanish fluency (B2+ level) to translate and communicate information between internal and external teams.
• Analyze case‑level data to pinpoint predictors and causes of delivery problems and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and present findings to managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resources to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses when data is available.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10‑24 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Spanish language fluency (B2+ certification).
