Spanish Language Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish Language Expert to support our accounting team with translation, communication, and language quality assurance. The role combines language expertise with basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate Spanish content across financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and review all Spanish content for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with internal and external communication in Spanish, including correspondence with suppliers.
• Provide language support to the accounting team, ensuring high‑quality Spanish documentation.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Post bank transactions and prepare monthly process‑driven MIS reports.
• Prepare various analyses and end‑to‑end monthly accounts as required.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar language‑support or accounting role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
