Sourcing Specialist – Technical Hiring

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sourcing Specialist to support technical hiring for Java.NET and Software Testing positions. The role is based in Electronic City, Bangalore and operates on a 3‑month contract with the possibility of renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Java.NET and Testing professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize hiring needs.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster and GitHub.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, volume‑hiring or startup environment.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
