Sourcer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Roku is seeking a proactive Sourcer on a fixed‑term basis to help build pipelines of top‑tier talent across the organization. You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify, engage and nurture passive candidates, providing market insights and shaping hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent sourcing advisor for a major business unit, delivering market mapping and pipeline strategies.
• Source senior industry talent using advanced passive search techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ/Gem, GitHub and Google Scholar.
• Explore AI‑driven solutions to automate sourcing workflows and improve candidate engagement.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring for the assigned area, building long‑term relationships with candidates and promoting Roku as an employer of choice.
• Ensure hiring managers and candidates are enthusiastically satisfied throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven depth and breadth of sourcing experience in highly competitive talent markets.
• Experience working both in‑house and in an agency/RPO environment, preferably sourcing technical and corporate/GTM roles.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to provide actionable insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search and AI‑supported sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Gem, GitHub and Google Scholar.
