Solar Project Manager – Rooftop Projects

About the role

SUN360 is seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead residential, industrial and commercial rooftop solar installations. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule 20–30 rooftop solar projects at a time, coordinating with site supervisors.
• Manage and mentor site supervisors and installation teams, handling onboarding, training and performance monitoring.
• Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to secure accurate drawings, bill of materials and timely material delivery.
• Identify risks early, track progress and proactively mitigate issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field (Master’s or PMP a plus).
• Proven experience managing rooftop solar projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Solid understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices and relevant regulations.
