Solar Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead the delivery of rooftop solar PV projects. The role involves coordinating all phases of project execution, from design through commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise multiple solar installation projects simultaneously.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices for solar PV systems.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions under pressure to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Solar Project Manager, preferably on rooftop projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments.
