Software Engineering Manager – SAP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our SAP application development and integration initiatives. The role involves guiding a team of engineers, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow SAP engineering teams.
• Plan, execute and oversee SAP projects, enhancements and system integrations.
• Coordinate with business units and technical partners to define requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain code quality, testing standards, security and scalability across SAP solutions.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and enforce engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership or engineering management with a focus on SAP.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP.
• API and enterprise integration expertise.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Technical leadership and stakeholder management.
• Software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI, PI‑PO, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
