Software Engineer – Scalable Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help scale our core platform and accelerate product delivery. You will build high‑quality systems, influence architecture, and improve reliability and performance across our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features (design → deployment → support).
• Build scalable, maintainable systems for evolving product needs.
• Partner with product to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Improve reliability and code quality through strong engineering practices.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and contribute to operational excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years building and maintaining production‑grade systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architecture.
• Track record of shipping high‑quality software in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, clean code, maintainability).
• Experience improving system performance and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong code review skills and a mindset of raising engineering standards.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call and incident response.
• Experience working with sensitive data and security best practices (PII).
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and MCP servers.
