Software Engineer I – Full Stack (Python)

About the role

Deloitte Consulting’s Customer Team is looking for a Software Engineer I to help build and enhance digital products that enable deeper client relationships. You will work on full‑stack solutions using Python and modern front‑end frameworks, delivering high‑quality features that support analytics, GenAI, and personalized marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Python (FastAPI, Django or Flask) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or Vue).
• Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own deliverables end‑to‑end, ensuring timely and quality releases with minimal supervision.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Self‑motivated with a positive approach to learning and receiving coaching.
